Submission Process

1. Submit Your Book
Complete the online submission form and upload all required materials, including your manuscript and book cover.

2. Undergo Evaluation
Our panel of experienced judges will review your submission based on literary merit, originality, and overall impact.

3. Get Notified if Selected
If your book is selected as a winner or finalist, you'll be notified via email within the first two weeks of the following month.

4. Receive Your Digital Award Kit
Winners receive a professional digital award kit, including certificates, award badges, and promotional assets to celebrate and promote your achievement.

What You’ll Need to Prepare

Before submitting, make sure you have the following ready:

• A digital copy of your book (PDF, ePub, or MOBI)

• A high-resolution book cover image (JPG or PNG)

• A completed submission form

• Proof of entry fee payment

Submission Fees

• Standard Entry: $199 USD per book

• Additional Category: $75 USD

Submission Deadlines

• Submissions are accepted year-round

• To be included in the current month's review cycle, submit by 11:59 PM EST on the last day of the month

• Winners are announced during the first two weeks of the following month

Categories

Submit your book under one primary category.
You may also select an additional category for increased exposure.

• Literary Fiction

• Mystery / Thriller

• Sci-Fi & Fantasy

• Romance

• Historical Fiction

• Memoir / Biography

• Nonfiction (Self-help, Spiritual, Business, etc.)

• Poetry

• Children’s / Young Adult

Note: A second category can be added for an additional fee.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for consideration, your submission must meet the following requirements:

• Open to self-published and traditionally published authors worldwide

• Book must be written in English

• Accepting entries from all genres of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry

• Both print and eBook editions are eligible

• No publication date restrictions — previously released and new titles are welcome

Judging Integrity

All entries are reviewed by experienced literary professionals. Judging is conducted confidentially and based on clear criteria, including writing quality, originality, and reader engagement.
